Workdry International Expands into North American Market with Acquisition of Holland Pump Company

Workdry International, the parent company of engineered pump rental solutions and wastewater treatment asset providers Selwood, Siltbuster, and Vanderkamp, has expanded into the North American market with the acquisition of Holland Pump Company (HPC), a prominent water handling and pump rental services provider in the US. The acquisition, supported by Arcus Infrastructure Partners, will solidify Workdry’s presence in the East and Gulf Coast regions, serving industries like infrastructure, construction, municipal, and manufacturing. With over 1,000 pump assets and 15 locations, HPC has established itself as a key player in the pump rental and service sector.

Holland Pump Company, led by CEO Tom Vossman, will now operate as the North American division of Workdry, focused on expanding its core markets and introducing wastewater treatment solutions in the US. Emphasizing shared values and a strategic growth vision, the acquisition aims to leverage Workdry’s expertise to bolster HPC’s offerings and foster growth in the North American market. The move reflects Workdry’s ongoing global strategic expansion, following its recent acquisition of Vanderkamp Group in the Netherlands earlier this year.
