Apollo Global Management to Acquire UK Parcel Delivery Leader Evri

Apollo Global Management has made a significant move in the logistics market by agreeing to acquire Evri, a leading UK parcel delivery company, from Advent International. This agreement was announced on July 25, 2024, and highlights Apollo’s intent to enhance its portfolio with a company that has quickly established itself as a major player in the parcel delivery sector since rebranding in 2022.

The company reports serving over 12 million customers weekly, thanks to its innovative delivery model focused on lower emissions.
